Every lab's website promises fast, accurate, trusted results. The features that actually change whether your report holds up are narrower than the marketing, and they come in a clear order of priority.

How do you choose a mold lab?

In priority order: confirm AIHA EMLAP accreditation for the analysis you need, check the standard and rush turnaround times, then weigh cost. Accreditation comes first because it is the recognized signal that the lab's fungal analysis meets a vetted quality standard, and it is what gives the result credibility in a dispute (AIHA, Laboratory Accreditation Programs).

Speed and price matter, but they are secondary to whether the lab is accredited for the method. A fast, cheap result from an unaccredited lab is a liability dressed up as a bargain.
