If MoldMind saves you time, the inspectors you trade tips with will probably feel the same way. The referral program lets you share MoldMind with a colleague, and when they become a paying subscriber you both get a free month of your own plan as an account credit. This guide explains where to find your link, exactly how the reward works, and the rules that apply.
Where to find your referral link
Open Settings and go to the Refer tab. There you can copy your referral link or your referral code, copy a ready-to-send message, or open your own email or text app with that message already filled in. You choose who to send it to and you send it yourself. MoldMind never messages anyone on your behalf.
What you both get
When a colleague you referred subscribes and pays, you each receive a one-time account credit worth one month of your own plan. Each side gets a credit sized to their own plan, so the value reflects what each of you actually pays. It is a credit on your account, not a flat dollar amount and not a discount code that pauses your billing. The credit lowers a future invoice.
When the reward lands
The reward is issued after your referred colleague's first payment clears its refund and cancellation window, which is about 30 days. Because of that waiting period, the credit usually shows up on a later invoice rather than your very next one. This is normal, so do not worry if you do not see it immediately after your colleague signs up.
New customers only
To qualify, the person you refer has to be a new MoldMind customer who has not held a paid subscription before. Self-referrals and referrals between accounts under common control do not qualify.
How many you can earn
You can earn rewards for up to 10 successful referrals. Keep sharing with colleagues who would benefit, up to that cap.
Annual plans
If you are on an annual plan, the reward is a credit equal to one month of your plan's value. It is not a free year and it does not extend your term beyond that one-month-value credit.
If a referral gets reversed
If a referred subscription is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated reward can be voided or reversed. Rewards are tied to payments that stay in good standing.
